Rewarding Aspect of Senior Care: What aspect of your role in senior care do you find most fulfilling?

What I find most fulfilling about senior care is getting to the see the direct impact you have made on someone’s life, and in return, having your life impacted by the residents and your team.

What Stands Out at the Gardens on Columbine: What do you love about our community here?

What I love about The Gardens at Columbine is how much everyone cares about each other. Residents care for one another and the team members as much as the team cares for the residents and each other.  

Your Unique Contribution:  How does your background or a particular skill benefit our team?

My background has allowed me to build a sufficient and effective Life Enrichment Team where all team members support one another and take a lot of pride in their work.

Personal Joy: What do you enjoy outside of work that contributes to your wellbeing or happiness?

I love people. I love hanging out with people who mean a lot to me and that is what I spend most of my time doing outside of work. I also hang out with my dogs a lot. 😊
