This December, the spirit of the holidays was truly in the air as residents of Gardens at Columbine embarked on a short journey West on C470 to Bandimere Speedway for the annual Christmas in Color light show. This electric Christmas experience offered an unforgettable evening of dazzling lights and holiday cheer.
A Drive-Through Wonderland
As we cozied up in our bus, the magic unfolded along a 1,500-foot route adorned with millions of synchronized lights. The music filled the air, each note perfectly timed to the brilliant flashes of color that illuminated the night sky. Driving through stunning light tunnels, it felt as though we were cruising through a cascade of stars and festive delights.
Celebrating Community and Giving Back
Christmas in Color isn't just a spectacular light show; it's an event with a heart. Each ticket sold contributes to the “Come See the Lights” initiative, which donates tickets to various organizations, helping brighten the season for many more in our community. Knowing that our visit helped contribute to this cause added an extra layer of warmth to our visit.
A New Tradition
This trip has become a cherished part of our holiday traditions at Gardens at Columbine. The joy of sharing this spectacular light show with friends and neighbors, staying warm and comfortable in our bus while the world outside dazzled with holiday spirit, made for a night to remember.
