At The Gardens at Columbine we not only strive to address our resident’s medical needs and safety, we also aim to create an environment that nurtures the mind, body and spirit while encouraging independence.
The Gardens at Columbine’s activity programs in our Assisted Living and Memory Care seek to create a sense of purpose through a variety of activities based on resident’s interests and life experiences. Our monthly calendar reflects an array of choices for our residents:

Commitment
We are committed to providing assisted living residences with personal care, exceptional dining services, and other comprehensive senior services that are responsive to the needs and preferences of our residents and their families. We offer a special Memory Care community (The Meadows) for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia symptoms.
The Gardens at Columbine Retirement Community is a locally and independently owned senior living community in Littleton, Colorado.
The Executive Director brings years of experience in the management of Senior Living Communities, Assisted Living and Long Term Care facilities. Our residents come from Littleton, but also many neighboring communities, such as Arvada, Lakewood and Evergreen.
