Profile

What aspect of your role in senior care do you find most fulfilling?

The most fulfilling aspect of my role is the loving relationships I build with both the residents and their families. Establishing such trusting connections enhances the quality of care that each resident receives.

What do you love about our community here?

This community is constantly enhancing the quality of life for our residents, whether through new patio decor, an entire indoor garden, or a sensory room. We are always innovating and implementing new ideas to create a happy and fulfilling environment for both residents and staff.

How does your background or a particular skill benefit our team?

Growing up, I never imagined I would work with the elderly in any capacity. However, being raised by my grandparents instilled in me a natural inclination to care for my elders. After losing my grandparents, I felt a deep need to continue helping others, and little did I know that I would absolutely fall in love with caring for others' grandparents. This work has been the light of my life for the past 12 years, and I am thrilled to have finally landed my dream career here at the Gardens.

What do you enjoy outside of work that contributes to your wellbeing or happiness?

Besides caring for the wonderful individuals at work, my true passion lies in being a mother and a wife. I consider myself very fortunate to care for individuals who have had such rich life experiences. It is a true blessing to receive their wisdom, which I hope will help me become half the mother, friend, and partner that they are. My beautiful family inspires me each and every day. We enjoy fishing, exploring, and engaging in activities that involve animals.
